ARCHITECT/DESIGNER:  Richards Stanisich.       The builder faced challenges with a complex structural steel frame, poor access, and manually transporting demo materials up the hill. They also managed flooding on the rock shelf. A highlight was the elevated living area with expansive glass overlooking the trees.
