The Clarke & Humel fitout is a real estate agency situated in the bustling locale of Manly Beach which maximizes the stunning beachfront views.  Heavy co-ordination with strata and neighbouring properties was required during the early stages of the works to undertake noisy demolition and floor grinding works at times suitable for all. Adjoining neighbours both above with the strata and neighbours in the vicinity of the site was a constant source of concern which required concentrated and intense co-ordination at every stage of the fitout.  A major challenge was the condition of the existing building; the structure lacked uniformity, with deviations from level, plumb, and square making it difficult to achieve the desired high-quality finish that was produced.  The fitout highlights the craftsmanship and use of premium materials like sustainable bamboo, micro cement, and Victorian ash. Calida Projects has delivered a fitout to a very high standard. A level of skill and co-ordination has combined to produce a quality fitout.
