This project involves a substantial upgrade to facilities at Wombeyan Caves, including Amenities, National Park offices, access and camping areas.  The Project is some 65kms from Goulburn, the last section of road was in very poor repair when the Project started, and was still not great for construction vehicles during the works.  The Carfax site staff lived on site during the works to minimise traveling. The project has delivered substantially upgraded facilities including access to some viewing areas for people with mobility issues and increased camping amenity. It has also provided National Parks with increased and upgraded Office facilities for the park management.  Apart from the distance and access issues the site team also needed to cope with unusually wet conditions for part of the works and the difficulty for Subcontractors and Suppliers.   A good project delivered on a difficult site.
