These Dulwich Hill units represent fantastic value for money and the judges were especially impressed with the internal height and size of the units, which created very generous proportions. Although the development was a difficult build, located next to the Sydney Light Rail, all internal finishes were of the highest standard, as were the fire stairs and basement car park. The large amount of bricks used in the development was a risk, however, it was a major achievement.
