Although the building is only small the result is a credit to the Cerak team. 
The final product is well finished, the quality of the external timber cladding is very good. A few issues were resolved by the Cerak team to minimise the cost to council, including management of the site contamination that was unknown at commencement.
The Halliday Park Amenities Block is a credit to the whole Cerak Constructions team.
