Chase Projects have carried out a highly successful restoration of the existing heritage building, combined with the addition of a new contemporary Glasshouse restaurant building which sits elegantly between the heritage buildings surrounding it.  The restaurant shell & exterior comprises of mainly concrete, structural steel, glass, metamorphic field stone cladding, Corten steel cladding & reclaimed railway sleepers. The interior comprises of a slightly softer palette of polished concrete floors with brass highlights, fibre cement internal cube housing the kitchen, scullery & service areas of the restaurant, spotted gum acoustic battened ceiling& slab top bar. Each detail has been meticulously crafted together to ensure the mixed palette of materials seamlessly connect into each other to enhance the contemporary architecture.  Chase projects team has delivered a stunning project with an endless list of high end quality finishes.
