The judges were suitably impressed with the incredible attention to detail from the builder when undertaking this project, from the bespoke joinery, to making the actual furniture in the apartment. On the fixed lump-sum project, levels and the external facade restriction made it very challenging, and difficult access and co-ordination was required. A fantastic job – very well done.
