Not a job for the faint hearted. With a basement wanting to fill with water at high tide, this project was full of problems that the builder had to deal with to get it out of the ground. The house features spectacular tiling and marble work in the bathrooms and impressive joinery throughout. The quality and workmanship are excellent and of great credit to the builder.
