Built over two stages, the construction of the new Performing Arts Centre has provided students with a first class educational facility. Works were a large basement car park, theatre, music and drama rooms, classrooms, amenities and associated facilities. A tennis court, extensive courtyards, driveway and landscaping were also included.
The feature timber screening required complex galvanised steel support.  Limited access, during school hours, compliance with Council and RMS conditions, were well managed. Acoustic and vibration treatment on the nearest residential boundary was undertaken successfully. 
Stout of the curves in the theatre and landscaping required strict quality control. The buildings were fitted with C-Bus System, acoustic linings, motorised louvres and energy efficient glazing.
This is a well built building that is complex in detail and finish.
