This project is stage four of the Clancy College masterplan. The building is the centrepiece of the school and consists of a library, staff office areas, school canteen, a link bridge and associated external works.  The structure is a combination of reinforced concrete and structural steel wall and roof framing. The building externally is a combination of masonry block, coloured metal sheeting, fibre cement sheeting and glass.
As this project was located in the centre of the existing school, major access and safety considerations were paramount during construction.
