This four storey project is located at the Callaghan campus and is the University’s anatomy, cadaver storage and teaching facility which adjoins the existing medical services building. Works were dependant on upgrading mechanical services on the adjacent building, without disruption to the operation of the building. 
This included a new chiller plant room. The site has limited access and traffic management included consideration of university vehicles access to adjacent buildings. Class two off- form concrete walls are well finished. 
The builder was proactive in developing and refining design and installation of specialised services and equipment. 
The building has a high standard of finish inside and out.
