This design and construct project is located within the Rankin Park Campus adjacent to the John Hunter Hospital.
The 16,000m2 high tech research facility is two,  five storey wings connected by a two level elevated glass entry pod. The works also included a three tiered open deck car park for 250 vehicles and substantial landscaping.
Due to the location, traffic control, access and materials handling were of primary concern requiring constant close monitoring by the contractor.
The project was completed in 21 months.
