The Blacktown Clinical School, Education & Research Centre is a new 5,000m2 three storey building located within the grounds of Blacktown Hospital.
The structure is reinforced concrete and structural steel, the striking façade is a combination of ProdEX and Apolic panels with sloping glass curtain walling.
The building contains PC2 laboratories, a lecture theatre, library, clinical trial rooms, and overnight accommodation area.
This impressive building cost $16.4 million and was completed in 16 months.
