This multi purpose hall was constructed on a sloping site, to make the construction more difficult the layout of the building is radial and curved on plan.
The structure has concrete slabs, structural steel wall and roof framing and a tiled roof; the external façade is a combination of double skin brickwork, split face blocks and glazed aluminium elements.
The internal Auditorium has a 10m high ceiling and tiered seating.
This is a well constructed and finished building; it was completed in 19 months.
