The homes were designed to replicate the essential rooms that are still required by a smaller family and still maintain the room size that the family have grown accustomed to over the years. The Judges were particularly impressed with the Builders quality of work and meticulous attention to detail and his adherence to the LHA Design Guidelines that make homes more liveable and adaptable as the occupants requirements change over the years.
