This 1880’s residence had been previously renovated in a way that retained the dark closed in feel of the earlier era.  County Constructions stripped out the building and replaced the structural steel to support a new upper floor master bedroom and create open space in the kitchen dining area.  The builder sourced cast iron balustrades and columns to match and extend the existing balconies and constructed a grand stairway.
