The judges were most impressed by the high standard of work achieved by all candidates for the Young Builder of the Year award. After careful consideration, they decided unanimously that this young builder was the most deserving, in view of the complexity and scale of both his winning entries in different categories, and the flawless execution of the demanding design of the Mosman entry in particular which was delivered. The judges recognised that the builder overcame significant technical obstacles in both winning projects, with satisfied clients being his priority above all other considerations.
