Cross-laminated timber, both as structure and finish, complemented by linings, doors, and partitions of celery-top pine; joinery and vertical louvres of Tasmanian blackwood, and a few subtle horizontal elements of Huon pine, all to a scale that is more than generous and less than excessive. The builder’s craftsmanship does justice to all the timbers on display. A delight to behold.
