This project, carried out in two stages, was to accommodate a carpet tile manufacturing facility after the existing facility was destroyed by fire. Dewcape was initially contracted to upgrade the services and provide the basis for reinstallation of existing equipment. This was then followed by the construction of a new Production Facility Office and Administration Facility.
The construction has been largely carried out within an existing working environment and works well with the client brief which required demolition of existing precast concrete panels and installation of structural steel prior to fitout. The industrial finishes used have been completed to a high standard.
