The Dincel Construction System was observed by judges whilst inspecting the Leichhardt Bus Depot Redevelopment Project, Balmain Road Leichhardt.  Extensive use of the Dincel Construction System (pre finished permanent formwork wall system) was used in basement areas in lieu of reinforced load bearing block work, the builder advised this saved considerable time in construction and materials handling of the building of basement perimeter walls. 
By adopting this system this allowed the basement columns to be cast together with the perimeter walls, this in turn meant that when the roof slab formwork was stripped the perimeter wall was already complete.
