Doug has proven himself to be an apprentice of outstanding caliber, through his attention to detail, commitment to work at hand and his clear sense of foresight in undertaking any task.
His personality and high degree of skill has earned him the respect of all trades on site, despite his young age and has all the qualities of a strong leader who lifts the team around him to achieve higher standards.
Whilst he is entirely dedicated to his work and treats it as a serious exercise, he is also witty and light hearted who raises the moral of other site workers and gets on well with other trades. His charisma and leadership skills make the jobsite an enjoyable workplace and he encourages high quality work in those around him.
Goals and Ambitions
Doug has already completed his Certificate IV in Building  and should complete his apprenticeship site experience time by the end of this year. He is currently working with us in the capacity of a leading hand which well ahead of schedule and under budget.
