Dynamic Projects developed a unique multipurpose indoor and outdoor space that accurately reflects the style, class and quality of Harrington Grove, building a world-class facility for existing and future residents and their guests. The club facilities include a multi-function room space, full-sized tennis court, swimming pool, children’s playground, picnic areas, barbecue equipment, gazebo communal seating areas, gymnasium and landscaped gardens.  Dynamic Projects delivered a high-quality building with exceptional indoor and outdoor facilities. Notable design features include the feature stone façade, parquetry flooring and raked tongue-and-groove ceilings with exposed roofing members throughout the entrance hall and lounge areas. The indoor space is designed with luxury finishes and looks out to an outdoor space that contains a relaxing water feature and pristine landscaped gardens.  Dynamic Projects worked with all stakeholders to ensure that the design and build was of a premium quality.
