Ted has a strong work ethic and has ability beyond his years. He enjoys taking on new challenges and is constantly exceeding Nash Bros expectations. 
Ted has been trained at TAFE and by Nash Bros in safe work practices. He is always ‘switched on’ to his surroundings and is constantly looking around to ensure that things are in order not only for his own safety, but also for his work mates and other .
Ted is a keen AFL player, and is always trying to constantly improve his performance and team leading skills. He then takes the skills back to site each week and is an all-round positive person who makes work enjoyable for everyone around him. He is always willing to lend a helping hand in times of need.
