The project involved the demolition of an existing house, excavation for basement parking for nine car spaces and construction of five townhouses with private courtyards. With the adjoining neighbours close by, substantial underpinning was required. Excavation was carried out in stages in order to safely underpin and retain the neighbouring properties.

This project is high density on a small site which created logistical problems such as site access, material handling and storage and safe work methods. 
The builder has succeeded in presenting a very attractive block with an interesting facade along with internal finishes that are of a high standard.
