This 1930s brick and truss-roof warehouse has been transformed from an empty shell into a great living environment with lots of natural light throughout. The project stays within the original walls and roofline. The ground floor contains an office, guest room, garage, workshop and swimming pool.  On the first floor there is a spectacular living area and outside courtyard with garden. The mix of recycled and new materials works well together.
