This project is the conversion of four retail units on the ground floor of a multi storey apartment building into small, two bedroom residential units in a way that can be adapted for commercial or retail use if required at a later date.  The existing concrete floor has been polished and fixed glass in the rear wall replaced with louvres.  The bedrooms share ventilation and light and the shopfront has frosted glass to three quarters of its height for privacy while maintaining natural light.
