The Fiddler was designed as an entertaining venue but lacked a modern café to capture the growing customer base. 
Excel Tradeworks was given initial design drawings for a café containing many faults that were overcome by detailed investigation and consultation. Issues confronted and overcome were an upstand beam requiring a complete redesign of cabinetry to cater for fridges and custom-built milk taps. The specified signage material was not suitable for a public space and had to be re-evaluated and altered.
The tight timeframe was only achieved by detailed planning, co-ordination and alternative equipment and materials selections. 
Much of the design and execution was achieved due to the dedicated involvement and application of Excel Tradeworks.
The workmanship in this fitout is of a high standard, with Excel Tradeworks achieving the desired effect by utilising its expertise in detailed planning, alternative design, materials and equipment selection.
