This contract comprised the construction of one level of basement car parking and three levels of specialist medical suites with some retail on the ground floor.
The structure is reinforced concrete, founded on piles 18 metres deep. 
An impressive feature of this building is the main entrance canopy and curtain wall.
The project is located close to the base hospital and ambulance station, sharing a common entrance roundabout, requiring stringent traffic management.
The building was completed in 15 months.
