This project involved taking an empty, rather tired looking warehouse and turning it into a satellite sales centre and high-tech workshop for BMW. During the course of the 7 month construction period the existing mezzanine slab was demolished and replaced and virtually the whole of the main warehouse slab was renewed, and appropriate services were provided to carry out the maintenance and servicing of cars. A car lift, extensive glazing and high-class finishes were added to the front showroom area so as to best present the new cars.
