Deloitte Parramatta comprises level 37 and part level 38 spanning 3500m2 over the two floors. The fitout consists of open plan workstations, extensive collaboration and meeting spaces, commercial kitchen, first-aid room, parent’s room, multi-faith room, amenities, and an all-gender bathroom. Also included is a multi-purpose room used for functions and doubling as a boardroom with spaces for 80 people.
The fitout commenced while the base builder was completing their work with the comms room, only being handed over 5 weeks prior to Practical Completion.
The high-end finishes included recycled Australian timber from telegraph poles, Sydney sandstone, terrazzo floor tiles and bespoke joinery. Meeting rooms feature double layer acoustic plasterboard and double glazed aluminium framed walls. The interconnecting stair with its mid-landing and elliptical ceiling and featured grid-ceiling are highlights.
FDC have produced quality finishes which reflects the premium client. The numerous quality finishes in the design required teamwork, planning and communication to execute to this standard.
