The Endeavour Energy project is located in the basement of a multi-storey building. The basement had an enclosed glass partition garden surrounded by offices on a raised access floor. This area was open on all floors, presenting issues of noise and dust during the works.
The alterations were for the removal of the glass-enclosed atrium and plants and constructing new meeting rooms being denoted as brainstorming, quiet, informal and others, and a new boardroom.
With a theme of the sea being prominent, FDC used its expertise to construct the booths representing an underwater cave.
The site was challenging with the building being fully occupied throughout, where noise and dust could have been a major issue. 
The fitout has been finished to a high standard which reflects the future of further fitouts in the building.
