Phoenix Central Park is a private Art Gallery and performance space. FDC undertook the construction after half the structure had been completed by others. The challenges were in the curved ‘dimple’ handmade brick façade. A Three storey high curved ceiling in the Performance space and the extensive bespoke finishes throughout.
The judges were very impressed by the programming and tight access control of the site during construction as well as providing the highest level of detail in finishes and use of materials
