This project involved the fitout of five levels carried out concurrently. A connecting stair was installed between all floors, with floor penetrations proving difficult because of the site’s proximity to an adjacent hotel. The executive floor features very high-quality finishes and was comprised of a large reception and waiting area, large meeting rooms, boardrooms, seminar rooms and commercial kitchen. This floor features timber wall panelling and doors, fabric wall panelling, bronze pressed glass and floor tiling and plush carpet finishes. This is a truly quality project with faultless presentation.
