FDC Constructions was engaged to construct the office and warehouse complex utilising tilt slab and conventional concreting techniques. The buildings had to be constructed in the overland flood path, with the first task constructing  the permanant stormwater diversion to prevent disruption during construction and to provide the client with a dry site for their operations.
FDC was also contracted to undertake an integrated fitout for the client. The works involved open plan offices, amenity areas and reception and showroom facilities. The works demonstrate a high attention to detail and planning to provide a high quality building.
