FDC was commissioned to refurbish and upgrade an existing office and warehouse by Crown Forklifts. The demolition involved the complete removal of all but the structural elements and core walls. 
FDC was able to deliver the project in 20 weeks despite difficulties with the weather. The work was undertaken with commitment to the completion date that couldn’t be moved.
A complete services upgrade was undertaken including a new lift and a full refurbishment of the existing generator.
The finishes are to a high standard with a completely new look to what was an old and outdated facility.
