The ALDI Stage 3 Headquarters Office Building Extension Project and integrated office fitout is the culmination of a 15-year vision for the enviable expansion that is ALDI today. 
The Stage 3 building project maintains the ALDI corporate identity by ensuring the identical visual appearance of the three linked buildings is preserved. Improved materials and construction techniques in the industry over the intervening 15 years were employed to their fullest advantage without compromising the integrity of the client’s design brief. 
This Stage 3 Building and Link Bridge were constructed on a live site containing ALDI existing operational facilities which required the site team to plan and implement critical sequencing of the construction process such as the fire sprinkler mains installation, Link Bridge gantry installation, mobile crane setups and numerous power isolations, so as not to impact on the day-to-day ALDI operational facility. The finished product clearly demonstrates that the site teams have achieved the number one priority for ALDI - “matching of the Stage 2 and Stage 3 buildings, built seven years apart”.
