The ground floor includes reception, commercial kitchen, Day Spa & Physio...    The outdoor area comprises a 25m pool & associated facilities which connect to the 2nd building – a community centre including a theatre...The 3rd building is 6 stories and comprises 72 Independent Living Units.  Both buildings are founded on a total of 3,500 screw piles at an average depth of 28m. Construction difficulties included covid delays, bush fires preventing hot works (particularly the welding of pile lengths) & North Coast flooding due to the heavy rains of 2021 - a record 1800mm for the year. The builder introduced a number of time & cost saving measures including fully prefabricated bathrooms (made in Australia) & Ritec walls both internally & externally.
