This homeowner wanted to change his dated, freeform pool into a formal tiled pool and add a spa, shower and boundary wall. The renovation required all preparation and planning to be done before the project began and as the pool was just 8m from Sydney Harbour, Freedom Pools needed to plan for the water table before emptying the pool. Due to the poor ground, Freedom Pools didn't want to rip out the old pool but worked with the existing pool structure. The new 13m-long pool was formed inside the existing pool, the shallow end was extended for more length, and the spa was built on top of the existing pool. Despite terrible ground conditions, Freedom Pools is extremely proud of this result and achieved a real waterfront delight. Well done to Freedom Pools.
