The Prince Hotel at Kirrawee is a new hotel. Construction includes basement, outdoor parking, landscaping, gaming room, TAB, large commercial kitchen, 3 bars, kids’ area, function room and large outdoor beer garden. A number of major existing external services required lowering. These included Telstra, power and sewer. Wet weather, limited access, soil contamination and large precast panels were addressed. Multiple finishes on the project, including curved edges to suspended concrete slabs, required skill and patience to maintain and achieve high quality finishes throughout.  A high level of involvement after the initial contract was awarded, and a high level of communication between the Builder, their contractors, consultants and the end user ensured this complex build was completed within the contract time and of the highest standard.
