Construct only project to construct a 132/11kV Zone Substation.  The works entailed extensive in-ground services including the integration of a Cable Tunnel requiring exacting co-ordination with Energy Australia.   The external finishes are of a very high quality, especially the brickwork. Other works included concrete blast walls, oil containment structures and the installation of numerous pits and in ground services. 
The site safety record on site was exemplary, with environmental issues managed well.
