What impressed the Judges most about this development is the different uses and textures of materials. From the recycled brick used in the party wall and Krause face bricks to the front fascade merged seamlessly with James Hardie Axon cladding. The use of dark cladding and brick contrasted perfectly with the cedar detailing to the front facade and balcony ceilings. Judges were particularly impressed with the light filled stairwell which is a rare commodity in a Siamese type duplex development. Futureflip delivered a very high standard of workmanship and quality product and were able to deliver the home in an impressive four month build time.
