Built on an old industrial site, this three-storey brick and concrete residence required the demolition of an existing residence and the construction of a new brick, stone, concrete and zinc-roofed residence, with extensive use made of recycled ironbark timber, stone cladding (Schist stone) from New Zealand and zinc roofing. The home also features steel-framed doors and windows, significant landscaping, a large mosaic-tiled pool and spa, in-ground trampoline as well as double glazing and C-Bus electrics. All this was completed in just 16 months. Well done.
