The extensive alteration and addition of this four storey waterfront residence includes an open plan design with large sliding glass panels on the terrace overlooking the timber pool deck and the harbour.  Difficulties encountered during construction included supporting the adjoining properties and roadway during the excavation and the restricted access which made it necessary to make all deliveries by small trucks.
