A great conversion of an office building environment into a private residence. This conversion met the clients' brief to provide an industrial feel with an open plan for entertaining. Difficult access, design requirements and structural elements had to be altered and added to maintain the structural stability of the building, including the internal lift core. The structural steel elements of the building also formed part of the interior finishes requiring an attention to detail. Overall a great example of utilising structral elements into the interior finishing details. All other finishes were completed to a high standard.
