This purpose-designed-and-built one-bedroom home has all the bells and whistles of a modern apartment in the backyard.
The large bedroom has an oversized walk-in wardrobe, modern bathroom, separate laundry and an open-plan living area that is oriented to achieve maximum winter sunlight all day long.
The project had two hurdles to overcome. The first was the main road location which presented obvious challenges with deliveries. The second was the restricted access to the rear yard area.
The builder overcame these hurdles with good co-ordination, a first-class design and great trades, which resulted in a happy client and, of course, a Master Builders Excellence in Housing award.
