Walking up to this project we could see some of the problems the site initially presented. The builder managed an innovative solution to deal with the plumbing as he had no access to the unit underneath. The removal of walls to create an open-plan layout plus new floors and ceilings are excellent. A clever bathroom and laundry layout. Great value for money.
