The college expansion project works includes stages 5 and 6 over three separate building blocks and a playing field. Block A includes food technology, prep rooms, canteen, cafe, amenities and plant rooms.  Block L includes Art studios, wet laboratories, studios, amenities and spray booths.
Block I houses a performance hall, ensemble rooms, amenities, indoor courts, sports and work rooms.  Externally the blocks have paving with hard and soft landscaping. The new purpose-built playing field was constructed with associated swales and biofilter stormwater controls.  Managing the construction and design difficulties through the 130 days of inclement weather proved challenging. The Grindley team successfully addressed all the issues and built positive relationships with the school to ensure their requirements were at the forefront of project delivery.
