The works comprise the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new five storey multi-purpose facility. The building incorporates education spaces, offices and a cafe, staff amenities and carpark. The project was completed six weeks ahead of schedule due to the collaborative approach adopted by Grindley, their consultants, subcontractors and the client. The finished product exceeded expectations and delivered the architectural personality that was intended.
