Two existing buildings on the site were demolished prior to the construction of the new 3 level learning centre.
The new building includes classrooms, administration areas, a lecture theatre, workshop and general open areas.
The external and some internal walls, have very detailed face brickwork pattens with corbelling; which matches the other fine brickwork of the college.
Internally there are 10 different and sometimes complex ceiling finishes.
The work was completed in 14 months.
