This project located in Sydney’s CBD is highly unique in terms of its office tower design and environmental performance, creating numerous challenges with regards to OHS management. Many innovative safety systems were developed specifically for this project, with team members, including the project manager, site manager and a dedicated HSE advisor setting their safety expectations with the broader site team including a large number of direct employees as well as sub-contractors.
